ACS (International) is located in the peaceful and picturesque Holland Village on the former Buona Vista High School site. The school has been completely renovated and new building blocks added since its establishment in January 2005. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped for both wifi and hard wired computers.

The newly refurbished Administration Block contains administration offices, boardroom, meeting room, staff kitchen/lounge and dining facilities. The 500 seat Oldham Chapel is used by both the school for Chapel and large meetings, and by the Holland Village Methodist Church as its place of worship on Sundays.

In addition to general classrooms, the school features 12 Science laboratories plus resource rooms; two specialist Music classrooms plus music technology computer lab and 4 music practice rooms; a modern Sports Hall which is fully air-conditioned and contains two basketball courts and a climbing wall; a weights and fitness room; tennis courts; a 550 seat canteen with serveries for Chinese, western, vegetarian and snack foods; a nursing station staffed by two nurses; and offices for the Counsellor, Higher Education Counsellor and Special Needs Coordinator.

The six storey Library block contains two storeys of Library space plus two floors of general classrooms, one floor for three specialist Art rooms and computer laboratory, and one floor for Drama / Theatre. The Drama floor contains two black boxes, a green room, resource space and general classrooms.

The artificial astro turf which covers a full sized football field was completed in 2014 and is a popular venue for curriculum, co-curriculum, lunchtime and after school activities.

英华国际学校位于宁静幽美的荷兰村，设在前建国中学的校址。自2005年1月建立以来，学校已全面翻新了旧校舍，并添加了新的教学楼。现在所有的课室都装置冷气，并设有无线网络及电脑设备。

翻新后的行政楼内有办公室、董事会议厅、会议室、教职员休憩室。可容纳五百人的Oldham礼拜堂平日为学校礼拜活动及大型聚会所征用，周日则供荷兰村卫理公会举行主日聚会。

除了一般的教室，我校的主要设施还包括十二间实验室及资源室、两间音乐专科教室及音乐科技教室、四间音乐练习室、一个设有两个篮球场及攀岩壁的现代化冷气体育馆、健身室、网球场、一个售卖各种美食小吃，可供550人用餐的食堂、由两位护士值班的护理室，以及辅导员、高等教育辅导员和特殊教育协调员的办公室。

六层楼的图书馆大楼内盖有一个两层楼的图书馆、两层楼的教室、三间美术专科教室及美术科技室，还有两个黑箱剧场、演员休息室、戏剧资源室和戏剧室。

2014年盖好的人工草场面积足足是一个标准足球场。这是学生上课、进行课外活动、主办午间或课后活动的最佳场所。
